The live feed is generally good. However, the playback and storage features suck. Sometimes they work, and often they don't. I get messages that there were no videos recorded for the month, when I just watched recorded videos on it the day before. Or, the playback will just pause in the middle of playing and then just spin and completely stop. I use these cameras to monitor my seizure dog, and they've been extremely unreliable. I will be looking elsewhere for something that consistently works.

Really disappointing on the Android app as of about a month ago. Was working great but now it buffers skips or just won't stream, It freezes stalls. Even record is slow on playback. missing some segments. Works better on the Dell computer but still slow between seconds. I've tried all the suggestions I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. NVR 4 camera. Reset the modem speed test on network ✅ looks like others are having the same difficulties.

Every new update breaks something different, but this last one was a doozy. Push notifications don't notify, motion detect isn't detecting, the thumbnails are suddenly blank, grey squares, the picture is blurry again. I have 2 different models of RL cameras, one is hardwired one is not, and they both started having issues immediately following the updates, clearly I am not the only one as both this page and the subreddit indicate. I have a crazy stalker and this is leaving me vulnerable.
