- The eye wants something too! In the case of negative positions due to energy tax refund or return, the circle on the dashboard remained empty. Visually not so nice. So we've improved that now.
- Beginning of the month? Then you usually see no consumption for 1 or 2 days…. That is not a bug, we have not yet received any data from the network operator. You will then see the message > Your consumption data for this month is not yet available. Try again tomorrow.
- What is the difference between your monthly budget and your monthly payment amount? Read more about it in the app. Go to your dashboard and tap the i sign.
- Reducing (and increasing) your monthly payment amount is limited. We clearly state the amount to which you can reduce your monthly payment. This way, we prevent you from having to pay a lot more on your annual bill.
We have added the current month at Consumption. Want to see your daily, weekly, monthly or hourly usage? Tap the consumption of this month under Consumption and you will immediately come to your most current meter readings (the graphs).

From now on you can clearly see whether you have already given your mandate. With your mandate (permission) we can give you insight into your usage. Look in the menu under Permission. Of course you can also withdraw your mandate there.

Solved:
* The app no longer incorrectly tells you that your new installment amount is too low.
* If you selected a certain day in the Consumer screen, you always saw consumption costs for the wrong day. This was also the case with hours, months and years. We have now put it right again.
* Your minimum and maximum installment amount will no longer be 0 if you are too close to your annual bill.
We continuously tinker with the app to make it better and better. With this interim update we have solved some bugs.
Solved in this version: users with an older Android version (4.4) could no longer log in to the app. We have increased security and this caused problems on older devices. Unfortunately, some phones can not update more than 4.4. Our developers have worked hard to support these phones in a safe way.
